(valuables, purses, bags, and backpacks should be left a home or secured in your vehicle)

Waiver and Release of Liability

By registering for the event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in an event involving running/walking carries risks, including injury or accidents. I voluntarily accept these risks.
2. Release of Liability: I release the Young Professionals of Albuquerque (YPA), its organizers, volunteers, and sponsors from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation in this event.
3. Health: I confirm that I am in good physical condition and capable of participating in the event.
4. Medical Treatment: In case of an emergency, I consent to receiving medical treatment if necessary, and I am responsible for any associated costs.
5. Media Consent: I consent to the use of my image or video for event promotions without compensation.
