Join YPA for an exciting day of style, philanthropy, and fun at Derby Day NM - and help us make a difference in the community! We'll be volunteering at Winrock Park for this exclusive benefit event that combines the glamour of the Kentucky Derby with the support for a great cause. 

Event Highlights include Live Music, Whiskey Tastings, Casino Games, Gourmet Food, Premium Cigars, and Exciting Prizes.

All proceeds benefit the New Mexico Cancer Center Foundation, a local nonprofit supporting the non-medical financial needs of cancer patients across New Mexico.

Volunteer Opportunities:
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Set-up & Decorations: Help transform Winrock Park into a Derby Day destination!
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Guest Check-In: Assist with welcoming guests as they arrive
- VIP Wristband Check: Ensure VIPs get their wristbands and entry.
- Raffle & Silent Auction: Help guests with raffle tickets and auction bidding
- Drinks & Refreshments: Help serve drinks and food
5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
- Event Tear Down & Clean Up: Help us clean up and close out the event after the festivities.

Volunteer Perks: 
Tickets valued at $125 per person, but YPA volunteers get in for free
Volunteers can choose from 2-4 hour shifts
Volunteers are encouraged to stay and enjoy the event outside of their shift
